The WAD IMPACT 2025 campaign, held at the Abadawa Center in Saminaka town, Lere Local Government Area, concluded on March 1, 2025, marking a significant milestone for the local Adventist Church community. This initiative, which ran from February 15 to March 1, was a collaborative effort involving every department of the church, aimed at promoting health, wellness, and spiritual growth in the region.
The campaign featured a variety of programs designed to cater to the diverse needs of the community. Key offerings included a Stop Smoking program, comprehensive dental care services, medical tests for Hepatitis B and C, and natural remedy classes. Additionally, Bible study classes provided spiritual nourishment, while evening sermons delivered powerful messages, attracting participants from various religious backgrounds.
Throughout the campaign, attendance remained robust, with over 1,500 people participating each evening, reflecting the community’s eagerness to engage in health and spiritual dialogues. The outreach not only fostered a sense of unity among attendees but also resulted in 27 individuals making the significant decision to be baptized, marking a profound spiritual revival within the church.

Church leaders expressed gratitude for the success of the campaign, noting that it has reinvigorated the faith of many and underscored the commitment of the Adventist Church to serve the community. “We thank God for His guidance and blessings during this campaign. It’s a testament that His church remains vibrant and impactful,” stated a church representative.
As the WAD IMPACT 2025 campaign wraps up, the community looks forward to continuing the momentum of health education and spiritual growth, reinforcing the mission of the Adventist Church in promoting holistic well-being and faith in the region.
